Fridag aims to create a sanctuary where learning and experience are central. We want to contribute to the world with inspiration that deals with love, body ,and culture. The aim is for the participants to gain stronger individual skills, which they can use for a better everyday life in cooperation with others to strengthen a sustainable society.

We focus on initiatives and activities on a humane basis, where we meet as equals and at eye level.
Everyone is welcome in the association's activities and as a member, regardless of religious, national, and cultural background.

Want to join in?

Some activities are carried out by the association itself, while others are organized in collaboration with people from outside who have something at heart. Contact us if you have an offer you would like to share with people in Aarhus, Denmark. Read our statutes here.

If you want to be a member (DKK 50/year), you'll have access to all material online, and can book a seat in our workshops and so on.
