I am a trained healer, and focus on helping myself and others to have a more enjoyable life. Here is some of my background that supports my knowledge as a healer.

• Inspiration from spiritual teachers in London, the USA and Denmark. Chris Connors, Frank Stausholm, Andrew Okaro, Simon Sutton, Lama Ole Nydahl, Lin David Martin, Kevin Mascarenhas.
As a healer, I teach how to communicate clearly and concretely about feelings and facts. When we use both hemispheres of the brain equally to make decisions - that is, both emotions and logic - we become 3 times smarter. Healing is something that happens automatically, but sometimes it can happen faster when you visit a healer.

Here are some of the practical and theoretical things I have done to learn more about life:

1,000 hours of training in body, mind and spirit.
• Empathy: 100 hours of 2-year academic study with a psychologist.
• Non Violent Communication: 50 hours of 5-day course with psychiatrist Nadia Ignatovic-Savic from Serbia.
• International Intensive Training: 100 hours of 10-day NVC with trainer Towe Eidstrand from Sweden and trainer Klaus Karstädt from Germany.
• Sexology: 200 hours of training at the School of Sexology and Couple Therapy.
• Therapy courses: 150 hours of workshops in body, mind and psyche at the School for Personal Development.
• Medical exam. masseur: 200 hours of training in massage, pathology and muscles.
• Healer: 200 hours training over 2 years with healer Frank Stausholm, including 10 weeks of channeling.
