§1 Name

§2 Home
The home of the association is Aarhus Municipality. The postal address is with the treasurer of the board.

§3 Purpose
The association is a charitable and educational organization and does not operate for profit. The purpose of the association is to spread awareness of love, community, art and freedom to everyone regardless of religious, national or cultural background through activities, events, dissemination and communities. Any profits must be used exclusively to promote the association's purpose. The profits may not be distributed to members or founders or other private individuals.

§4 Membership
Anyone can become a member, which gives access to the association's activities. Sales of goods and services take place exclusively as part of the association's non-profit activities and in accordance with the purpose. Members have the right to vote at the general meeting when the membership fee for the current year has been paid. The right to vote is personal and cannot be transferred. The board of directors may exclude a member if the person concerned works against the association's purpose. Exclusion can be appealed to the general meeting.

§5 Membership fee
The membership fee is proposed by the board and approved at the general meeting, currently 50 DKK/year.

§6 The association's supreme authority
The association's supreme authority is the general meeting.
The ordinary general meeting is held every year no later than June 30. Notice of the general meeting is given 4 weeks in advance on Fridag's website.

Election of rapporteur
The board's report
Presentation and approval of accounts
Proposals received
Anything

An extraordinary general meeting is called when the board so wishes, or when at least 10% of the members (however, a minimum of 3) request it in writing, stating the agenda. The meeting is convened with at least 14 days' notice with an agenda on the association's website.

The board consists of 2–5 members and is self-supplementary. The board can supplement itself with new members from among the association's members at any time. New board members are presented at the next general meeting, where the general meeting can express its support by a simple majority or - by a 2/3 majority - request that the person resign.

§7 Signing rule
The association is signed by the board's treasurer when it comes to banking matters and financially binding agreements. The chairman signs the board when it comes to updating the CVR. The board otherwise signs the association, and all members are free to express their opinions on Fridag.

§8 The association's accounts
The association's accounts follow the calendar year. The chairman ensures that accounts are kept to the extent necessary. The accounts are presented and approved at the annual general meeting.

§9 The association's funds
The association's funds may at no time be returned to the founders or distributed to members. Any surplus – after deduction of reasonable provisions for consolidation and future activities – may only be used in accordance with the association's charitable purpose in §3. The association's funds may only be distributed to people outside the association or to activities that further the purpose. The association does not conduct business activities in competition with private companies in a manner that distorts competition.

§10 Association's obligations
The association's assets alone are liable for the association's obligations.

§11 Amendments to the articles of association and dissolution
Amendments to the articles of association and decisions on dissolution require a decision at a general meeting with at least a 2/3 majority of the voting members present, as well as a simple majority of the board of directors. In the event of dissolution, the general meeting (or – if no general meeting can be held – the board of directors) shall decide on the use of the net assets for charitable purposes in accordance with §3.

§12 The association's share capital
The association's share capital at the time of its foundation amounted to DKK 200, donated by the founders.

Annual Report 2026

Fridag is happy to inspire people through workshops in tantra and through articles on Fridag's website, and through support for cultural life in Aarhus.

2025 has been a wonderful year with many tantra courses. Among other things, a Summer course of 6 hours and several 4-hour courses distributed throughout the year. Good meetings with people that the members enjoyed experiencing together with each other in the real world.

There are approximately 60 members in Fridag at the end of the year. The cash register shows a surplus of 439 kroner which is invested in the consolidation of the Fridag Association. During the year, Fridag has distributed donations of 351 kroner to people who are not members of the association.

Fridag has already held a few courses in 2026, and it is gratifying that more people are looking at the site and registering for workshops and the like. Right now the association is working on creating a 3 day summer course in collaboration with Niels and Jane in the Salling area in northern Central Denmark. Everyone is welcome, both beginners and those who have been on the course but want to have more experiences on the tantra island. More info on Fridag's website after Easter.

Fridag continues to hold workshops where members share nice moments with each other. Welcome to the site and to Fridag's events in the coming year 2026.

Report annual meeting 2025

2024 was the first full year in the Fridag Association. We had approximately 65 members in Fridag at the end of the year and have held several courses. See some of the nice feedback we have received - all members can write feedback here.

In 2024 we came out with a benefit of 2040 kroner. This will be used to consolidate the Fridag Association. During the year we have distributed donations of 800 kroner to people who are not members of the association.

We have already done several 4-hour courses for couples in 2025 and have more of all the good things on the way. Summer tantra is posted on the Fridag calendar as a 6-hour course. These courses are for people who want more time on the island of love with their partner during the summer holidays. In the coming year, we want to organize more tantra dinners for members who are interested in a more relaxed meeting with other adults and we would also like to give more people the opportunity to learn more about vitalogy.

Some of Fridag's visitors have requested private tantra courses where no other couples come. We really like to hold courses with small groups where we are 3 couples, but we also want to meet other needs. Therefore, under practical info, we have made an addition where it is possible for members to arrange a special version of an already established course from the calendar, if there are no others registered in advance. The price is regulated with an additional price, as the expense must match the income when held.

We look forward to even more meetings of people in Fridag and to inspiring everyone with courses, events and exciting reading material on themes within the sphere of body, love and sexuality.

Report annual meeting 2024

The new edition of Foreningen Fridag managed to be up and running actively for a few months, in 2023. We had a few members and held a single workshop. The result was DKK 294.68.

In the first half of 2024, we have had many workshops, and many members have joined (60 at the end of May). Our goal for 2024 is to have 200 members, and preferably more locally in Aarhus. The majority of our members are in Copenhagen, Funen, North Jutland, East Jutland and some abroad.

There has been a focus on tantra. Moving forward, we will focus more on lunch on Sundays for Friday members, as well as Vitalogi.

Distribution of funds from profits: We donated DKK 200 from the association's profits to Louise, who is not a member of the association.

This year we have chosen to develop the work with the Association Fridag.

Love is truly the highest enlightenment and we still want to spread the awareness of love, community and freedom - to everyone who wants to immerse themselves in this in our part of the world.

The wisdom that currently moves us is:

We collect opportunities. What makes us happy?

- Good people to enjoy fellowship with.
- The gifts of the earth, such as green fields, joy of food, enjoyment of creating a well-laid table together, such as a cheese dish on toasted rye bread, or a pot of simmering food.
- The gluming flames in a fireplace, or the warmth from the grill coals which will soon be hot enough for a steak.
- Airy thoughts, philosophy, communication, - talking about feelings. Small winds of change crossing our path. Humor, the fun we laugh at together.
- The beauty of the sea, the rippling sensation I feel when I am filled with gratitude for the sweetness of life. Tears of joy when we together recognize love, community, freedom.

Life as we feel it, because we have a body. Because we're here right now and don't have to do anything but unwrap the present.

If we are allowed to do everything, but not required to do anything, what is it that we really want???

We shape life. Create connections and discover new ideas that have been put aside for far too long. Now they get a welcome salute and new wings, in an intense exchange of ideas.
